What is your re-scheduling policy?

We get it, life happens. If you are unable to come to your class, we offer you a one-time opportunity to reschedule your class at no additional charge as long as you notify us by email at beattobeattraining@gmail.com, at least 7 days notice prior to your course date start. If you do not notify us by email at least 7 days notice prior to your course date start, the course becomes 100% non-refundable and a $20 non-refundable fee to re-schedule your course will be applied.

 

How long does the class take?

We have created a Course Agenda that allows students to have a glimpse of what topics will be discussed during the course. This is done to ease students anxiety of the unknown, and likewise, encourages students to come prepared. The courses are extensive in nature, but with a highly qualified educator and resources available to you, we ensure each students success in our courses.

Can I get a refund?

 

Should you need to cancel your course, you can rest assure that we’d be glad to issue a 100% refund for your course price when you provide us with at least 7 days notice prior to your course date start, via email at beattobeattraining@gmail.com.

 

If you were unable to provide us 7 days notice prior to your course date start, the course becomes 100% non-refundable.

 

Please know that we offer a ONE-TIME opportunity to re-schedule your class at no additional cost to you as long as you notify us via email at , 1 week prior to your course start/date time.

 

Please note that All discounted course packages and package deals are 100% non-refundable.

 

Money will be refunded within 30 days. Shipping and handling cost for returning materials will be the responsibility of the student.

 

E-books, purchased virtual courses, AHA Blended Learning and/or Online Courses, are 100% non-refundable.  If you are not sure which course to purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you choose the correct course.

Will I need to purchase additional study materials to pass the certification exam?

 

AHA requires students to have the most current Provider Manual to prior, during and post class. To order your manual, visit https://shopcpr.heart.org/. Aside from the required AHA provider manual, you do not need to purchase additional study materials. Our courses were designed to help you succeed. Refer to our virtual courses as there are some free materials that you can use in conjunction with the required AHA provider manuals. If you wish to purchase additional study materials, you are free to do so however these are not required. 

Can you travel to our location?

 

Yes! We would gladly travel to the site of your choice given there is access to electricity  at the given site as long as a minimum of 4 students to sign up for the class.

What happens if I was a no-show or was late for a class?

If you do not show up for your class, and you have not provided  us 7 days notice prior to your course date start, the course becomes 100% non-refundable.. If you were late for more than 15 minutes of your scheduled course start time, you will be asked to leave the class and re-schedule. A $20 non-refundable fee to re-schedule your course will be applied.

I have never been ACLS / BLS. Can I still certify through your course?

 

Yes! Our courses are designed with you in mind. We have initial courses that assists students ease in the topic being discussed. Likewise, additional resources are available to students who choose to be trained by Beat to Beat Training LLC. Simply go to Virtual Course section and choose the material that best fit your needs. Your success is our success.

How long does it take to receive my provider card?

We issue e-cards the same day after successfully completing the course and passing the exams. Prompts will be provided to you to claim your card online.

How long will my certification be valid?

Your certification will be valid for 2 years.
