Lead Instructor

Jhamiel Robles Phan

BSN, RN, CCRN

Aside from being an American Heart Association instructor for both ACLS and BLS, Jhamie had served as a leader and relief resource coordinator for Yuma Regional Medical Center ICU/MOSU. During that time, she was not only seen as a leader but also an educator assisting in the development of educational materials for the ICU/MOSU nursing staff.

Jhamie had such passion in teaching that in 2016, she began working as a Clinical Instructor for the Arizona Western College Nursing Department. Her students and co-faculty instructors described her as exemplary. She's been nominated multiple times for the DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune SYstem) Award both at YRMC and Banner Health Hospitals (BUMCP, BTMC and BEMC).

Part of her accomplishments include graduating with University Honors with Grand Canyon University, becoming both a Certified Critical Care Nurse and completing the Trauma Nurse Course Certification and acting as one of the Ambassadors for the American Association of Critical Nurses (AACN).

Today, Jhamie is on yet another quest as she explores the beautiful world of Anesthesia, while continuing to educate healthcare providers in Arizona about life saving measures and inspiring health care providers in reaching their fullest potential.
